Jan 30 - Shrimp cocktail
Made a simple, but nice entree this afternoon. A shrimp cocktail with apple, parsley and roasted pine nuts.
Jan 16 - Smoked salmon with avocado salsa
Just needed something nice today with all the cold here :)
Jan 09 - Ham mousse
Another entree. The cucumber was mixed with a mix of cooked vinegar and sugar. Very sweet!
Jan 02 - Scallops
I made some great scallops in nut butter today. Prelude to a nice lasagne :)
